But here’s the magic: the savoury dressing for this 'aemono' (dressed vegetable) is crafted from the rich, umami-packed leftover broth from our Hiyashi-Soumen sauce! *Allergens: Fish, Soybeans 2. Organic Nasu no Nibitashi: Dashi Soaked Fried Aubergine: In this delightful class, we're taking the classic Nasu no Nibitashi (Dashi Soaked Fried Aubergine) to a new level. You'll learn how to achieve that perfectly golden exterior and tender, juicy interior, all while showcasing the incredible flavour of organic Japanese aubergine. *Allergens: Fish, Soybeans 3. Cold Wagyu Beef Shabu-Shabu: We're transforming this classic into a refreshingly chilled masterpiece with our homemade Organic Sesame Sauce. You'll learn to craft this rich, nutty, and incredibly aromatic sauce from scratch, perfectly complementing the delicate flavours of the Wagyu Beef. *Allergens: Fish, Soybeans 4. Hiyashi-Somen: Cold Noodle with Colourful Garnishes: We'll guide you through crafting the delicious dipping sauce from the base up with kombu (kelp) and katsuobushi (fish flakes), and you'll enjoy it with a rainbow of colourful garnishes. *Allergens: Fish, Soybeans, Egg 5. Mizu-Manju: A Jelly-Like Dumpling: Cool down with this delicate beauty: Mizu-Manju! Cancellation Policy
If you give us 14 days or more notice prior to the date of the cookery class booked, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid for participants that are no longer attending. If you give us less than 14 days’ notice and at least 6 day's notice, we will refund 50% of the amount you paid for the participants that are no longer attending. If you give us less than 6 days’ notice we are unfortunately unable to offer any refunds.
