About MINO
Mino, the cooking instructor at mi no kuriya, has a diverse culinary background. She studied Japanese, Chinese, and Western cuisines at Junior College, and holds a secondary school teaching qualification. Her passion for sharing authentic Japanese cooking and food culture with international audiences grew from her time as a pattern cutter in Tokyo and London. In her lessons, she emphasizes environmental issues and sustainability, teaching practices such as ingredient reuse, whole consumption, and composting to minimize food waste.
